"love suffers long...

and is kind." 1 Corinthians 13:4
"And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19

The rules have been a lot easier to follow than I thought they would be. I did have a slip today, but I tried to turn it around mid complaint. Regardless, my heart was complaining. Old habits... well you know.

I long ago realized the truth from the Philippians scripture. People are people - sinful, silly creatures... they all struggle and pursue godliness the same way I do. I no longer expect anyone to be God in my life. Instead I look for Jesus in people.

I see Jesus in Surferman... more and more.

Just two rules:
You can't say anything negative about your husband . . . to your husband . . . or to anyone else, about your husband.
Say something that you admire or appreciate about your husband. . . to your husband . . . and to someone else, about your husband!

  1. such a great process you are taking with this Robin. It made me stop to think about what I say and think about Andy. When we see the good, we are surrounded by good.

we are lucky ladies to have such wonderful men in our lives (the big daddy's and the little dudes too).
