I guess I like bright colors

The local quilt guilds in our area joined forces last weekend for a Quilt Show.

I took a pictures of a few that caught my eye. Not a dull or neutral one in the bunch.

This red one had beautiful applique and hand quilting

This rooster made me giggle

I appreciated the use of crazy prints

Check out the orange in this one. This is a close up. I had a shot of the whole quilt.
It was magnificent.


3D!

Very old fashioned and still colorful.

The fabrics in this one are all dots.

I think the blur in this one makes it look like it's spinning.

This one was so random and graphic. Each of the squares on the left of the quilt have little circles appliqued inside them. Very fun.

I stared at this one forever and never did figure out how she managed to piece it together.


I was very inspired and motivated to get back to my machine.

The photography isn't the greatest. I only had my iphone and no flash.
I think the blurry ones are cool.
