What's for Dinner - Week of January 26, 2009

Life is always better when there is a plan for dinner. It's a plan, so it doesn't always happen, but I try. If you don't menu plan, give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Baked Halibut Steaks
extra Zucchini

White Bean Chili
Corn Bread

~Kid's Club / Bible Study~
Fuss Free Ravioli and Cheese Bake
(we took BBQ chicken legs instead of this yummy casserole last week)

Freezer Buffet

~Family Movie Night~
French Bread Pizza - pepperoni, veggies, cheese

Dinner with the folks?
They are going out of town. I'm not sure they'll be back in time.

Check out lots of menus at Organizing Junkie. If you post yours, you'll also be entered in a great budget helpful giveaway.

  1. Robin,
I will be making the applesauce muffins for the first time today. I'll try to come back later today and post the recipe as well as tell how well we like them. I imagine they will be pretty good. I have another muffin recipe that requires no sugar and my daughter, my Mom, and I all like them. To have your child like a muffin without sugar is a great thing! :) I'll try to post that recipe as well.

Hope you have a great week!

  2. Great menu. Thank you for stopping by my blog. Have a great week.

  3. Hey, thanks for stopping by my blog. Yes, I have made the zucchini casserole before and I really liked it. I didn't get as firm as I thought it would -- very soft, but still yummy. I love your 101 things list; I think I could put nearly all of them on a list for myself!

  4. Mmmmm, your ravioli casserole looks really yummy!

Thanks for stopping by my blog too!
    Have a super week :)

  6. Robin,
