Smart Habit Saturday

I'm back for another SMART Habits Saturday with The Lazy Organizer.

It's been a great week. I'm 7 for 7 with my habit of washing my face AND as a bonus I've been taking my vitamins and supplements every night also. 23 days from crossing off one of my 101 things to do.

I'm adding drinking water this week. My goal is to drink 3 qts of water a day. One of the quarts will have electrolytes added.


Habit 2 - Drink 3 qts of water daily.
Habit 1 - Wash my face every night.

  5. Great job on your habit & good luck for your new one. I'm working on the same ones, drinking water is my new one. Washing my face I'm still working at - better some weeks than others.
