Smart Habit Saturday

WOW! Drinking water is harder than I thought. I didn't do well. And I'm sticking with that habit again this week.

Habit 2 - Drink 3 qts of water daily.
Habit 1 - Wash my face every night.


  1. I have a hard time with this one, too. What I've been doing is taking the big cup that they gave me when I was in the hospital (32 oz) that has a straw. I fill it with ice and water, and squirt a little lemon juice in it.

    I leave it on the counter in the kitchen and sip every time I go in there - which is a lot. I usually go through 2 a day.

  2. It is hard to get the daily amount of water I need too. You can do it! :)

  3. One thing that helps me drink more water is my filtered pitcher. I like my water very cold & filtered because our tap water does not taste good at all. I find that if I fill it up at night the next day I've got a full cold pitcher. I need to refill it throughout the day but it helps me having it full & cold to begin with. Good luck this week!

  4. I need to try to make drinking more water a habit too. I have to be a certain kind of thirsty to want to drink plain pure water but I do enjoy the flavored water. I have a big batch of Crystal Light in the fridge, if that counts as water :0).

  5. I have a hard time remembering to drink anything at all! You can do it though. Good luck!
