More fresh veggies! We finally got something I have no idea what to do with. Celery Root! Usually we get a newsletter from the CSA that has recipes and a preview of what we can expect in our box. I didn't get a newsletter so I guess I have to figure out how to use celery root. I don't have any experience with fennel either, but I know it can be sauted or roasted.
I'll post a recipe when I decide what to do with that alien looking root.
Grom volunteered to eat the strawberries.
